Important information regarding the sending of data

If you are sending your data from outside the UK, you MUST state clearly on the address label the following statement:

"GOODS FOR REPAIR AND RETURN TO SENDER. Commercial value $1"

This prevents VAT charges being levied on drives that you own before we can take delivery.

If you are sending a Hard Drive or computer to us for repair then please ensure the following are done:

1. Wrap the drive securely in a anti-static bag
2. Place in a well padded box, either special hard drive box or a box with plenty of foam or bubble wrap for protection.

For customers needing server recovery we can send our own drivers to collect and installation specialists to return. Ring 0845 2002 845 or 0207 1250 283. We can also provide a security cleared driver for collection of highly sensitive of confidential data. See below for our courier and collection charges.

ALWAYS send to us via recorded delivery and insure as appropriate or use our courier collection service.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any damage to drives either before they arrive or after they have left our workshops.
