As a young man Andy started in competitive tendering for local/regional contracts requiring work on huge data-bases and managing data for councils, utilities and governmental organisations in the late 80's and early 90's.

His investigative ability proved successful in finding property and business critical files & information listed within the contractual data which had been "lost", forgotten or even misappropriated meant that he was soon able to command work from other authorities also struggling to cope with the volumes of data.

However he also found that his experience of the UK data recovery industry was not a good one and from the early 1990's whenever he required data recovery the cost seemed to be out of proportion to the amount of work and investment needed and so decided to learn all he could to prevent the need for these exorbitant costs.

And so abc Data Recovery Ltd was born out of the need to recover data from drives containing critical data for companies and domestic users at cost effective rates and to service national and International companies’ data recovery requirements in a timely manner.
